How to get help

Send the GBT team a WhatsApp message and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Have your booking reference ready if your question is about a booking.

Pick the topic that fits your question and we will open a WhatsApp chat with that subject ready to send.

Use the Help Centre for guidance on fares, bookings, changes, refunds, luggage and boarding.

For an operator-issued ticket or a journey booked on another provider’s website, contact the operator or that booking provider using the details on their confirmation. GoBusTrip cannot yet change those bookings.
