Information used

  • Search details such as route, dates and passenger count.
  • For a paid booking: passenger name, email, mobile number, selected seats, journey and payment status.
  • Account information when a traveller chooses to sign in.

Payments and sharing

Card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s hosted page and are not stored by GoBusTrip. Journey and contact details are shared with the responsible Bus Operator only as needed to fulfil a confirmed booking.

Storage and access

Booking records are protected by account access controls. Information stored in your browser stays on that device. Questions about your information can be sent to the GBT team on WhatsApp.
